Policy

 If you need to cancel your appointment we need a MINIMUM of a 3 hour notice but would greatly appreciate a 24 hour notice. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals are subject to cancellation and fee as a courtesy to other client appointments.
